Some of Mike's Story

 Michael is said to be a multifaceted individual with a rich background spanning various industries and roles. Since 1992, he has called Florida home, though his roots trace back to Connecticut. Alongside his wife Alyssa, Michael is the proud father of three beloved children - Corbin, Reagan, and Rylie. Raised in a household that valued Conservative family principles and a belief in small government, Michael's upbringing instilled in him a strong set of values that he carries with him to this day.

With three beloved children - Corbin, Reagan, and Rylie - Michael is dedicated to not only providing for his family but also instilling in them the same sense of integrity and work ethic he holds dear. Michael's professional journey has been diverse, starting at the age of 14 in 1994 when he took on his first job in the food service industry at "Bing's Chicken and Wings." After college, he ventured into the HVAC industry before returning to food and hospitality management, overseeing operations at "Fins Grille and Raw Bar" in 2003. However, the demands of running a bustling restaurant in a tourist hotspot led him to explore new avenues, and just before the 2004 hurricane season, he transitioned into the construction industry.

In the wake of the economic downturn in 2008, Michael adapted once again, spending the last 14 years in the realm of retail management. Today, Michael continues to thrive as a leader, communicator, and advocate for his community, leaving an indelible mark wherever he goes, driven by his unwavering commitment to excellence and his passion for making a positive impact.
